Frank Armstrong, III, CLU, CFP™, AIFA

Mr. Armstrong is available to participate as an expert witness in securities litigation disputes. He has appeared in securities related arbitrations, mediations, Florida State Court, and US Federal Court litigations.

Frank has over 43 years experience in the securities and financial services industry. He is the author of two books on investment theory and two books on retirement planning. His best selling book The Informed Investor was cited by Business Week as one of the best investment books of 2002. His first publication, Investment Strategies for the 21st Century, is one of the first books ever published and serialized on the internet in multiple languages.

He is the founder and principal of Investor Solutions, Inc., a fee-only registered investment advisor with discretionary assets exceeding $800 million. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, and designations as Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) ™.

Mr. Armstrong has addressed the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association National Convention, The President and Cabinet of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, FIU and FAU on fiduciary practices, and has previously conducted two hour continuing education credit course on fiduciary standards for the Florida Bar.

In 1993, Frank Armstrong founded Investor Solutions, Inc. to provide investors with objective advice and leading edge investment management. He is a pioneer in integrating academically driven portfolio management techniques with institutional best practices for individual investors around the world. The firm currently manages in excess of $800 million in discretionary assets or advised assets for profit sharing / 401(k) plans.
